THIS cause is here on writ of error to review the judgment of the district court sustaining an award of compensation to the dependents of Joseph M. OGrady, herein referred to as the deceased, whose death was proximately caused by an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment. It is conceded by the employer and the insurer, who are the plaintiffs in error, that the defendants are entitled to compensation. The only issue involved is as to the amount to which they are entitled.
